Among other things to boast about, the Wildwoods (North Wildwood, Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest) have some of the widest (and free) beaches in the state. This magnificent beach coupled with a huge boardwalk, make the Wildwoods a visitor attraction that is hard to beat. Accommodations in the Wildwoods include a variety of beach front or boardwalk motels in a variety of styles. Wildwood has been long noted for its "doo-wap" architecture, offering and eclectic mixture of the old and new. Wildwood is also the host town to many organization conventions, and has a new convention center.
